In this investigation, PtBaCe/γ-Al<sub>2sub>O<sub>3sub> catalysts were preparedThe physical and chemical properties of the PtBaCe/γ-Al<sub>2sub>O<sub>3sub>sub>xsub>, CeO<sub>2sub>, and BaCO<sub>3sub>, whose peaks were observed in X-ray diffraction(XRD) spectra, dispersed well on the γ-Al2O3, as shown by transmission electron microscope (TEM), and that the difference between Ce3+ and Ce4+, as detected by X-ray photoelectron

Abstract: Three kinds of Ce-based catalysts (CePO<sub>4sub>, CeVO<sub>4sub>, Ce<sub>2sub>(SO<sub>4sub>)> Ce<sub>2sub>(SO<sub>4sub>)<sub>3sub>, which is in agreement with their abilities of NH<sub>3sub>4sub>3, VO<sub>4sub>3 and SO<sub>4sub>2 on NH<sub>3sub>-SCR performances of Ce-based catalysts was systematically investigated by the X-ray>2sub> for Ce<sub>2sub>(SO<sub>4sub>)<sub>3sub>.

Abstract: A series of Cu–Ce–Zr catalysts with different Ce contents are applied to the hydrogenation of CO<sub>2sub> to CO/CH<sub>3sub>OH products.The Cu–Ce–Zr catalyst with 2 wt% Ce loading shows higher CO selectivity (S<sub>COsub> = 0.0%Hence, the Cu–Ce–Zr catalyst with 8 wt% Ce loading favors CH<sub>3sub>OH selectivity and CO<sub>22sub> hydrogenation to CH<sub>3sub>OH.
